Responsibilities:
- Preliminary patient workup for exams
- Utilize our electronic health record to review and input patient's medical history
- Ability to clearly explain the testing process to patients, prepare them and administer tests on visual capabilities
- The awareness to stay on schedule and make sure patients move smoothly through their exam processes.
- Assist with prior authorizations and sending patient referrals
