Job Description: Assistant Manager
Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our organization. This is a dynamic position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent time management, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Duties:
- Assist the Manager in overseeing all aspects of the business operations
- Increase loan production through community business calls and development
- Take loan payments in operating system
- Perform tasks related to closing loans through our loan management system and keep up with items needed from customer to procure the loan.
- Drive collections efforts in the office through calling of accounts
- Perform duties in a friendly way providing the highest level of professionalism and customer service while carrying out your job.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, along with state and federal guidelines
Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with the drive to be promoted to a branch manager in the future
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
This is a full-time position with competitive pay based on experience. In addition, we have a strong incentive program that is paid on a monthly basis.
