Hometown Health Centers is seeking a dedicated Dentist to join our team and provide top-quality dental care to our community. In this role, you’ll work closely with patients to deliver comprehensive dental care, diagnose conditions, and promote long-term oral health.

What You'll Be Doing:


As our Dentist, you’ll play an integral role in providing exceptional care for our patients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Examinations & Check-ups: Perform dental exams and routine check-ups to assess oral health and hygiene.
  • Diagnosis & Treatment: Diagnose dental conditions, treat cavities, gum diseases, and oral infections, and develop care plans.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, detailed records of all patient care, treatments, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with Providers: Work closely with other medical professionals to ensure coordinated care for each patient.
  • Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance initiatives to continuously improve patient outcomes.

Minimum Requirements:


  • Education: DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Licensure: Licensed to practice dentistry in New York State.
  • Experience: Familiarity with New York State Dental Medicaid guidelines is a plus.
