Salary Range: - $100,000 a year- $ 115,000 a year
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Dental Operations to oversee the daily operations of our dental clinic. Under the direction of the Chief Dental Officer, you will manage support staff, ensure financial and operational efficiency, and maintain high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing clinic operations, staffing, and provider relations.
- Managing recruitment, training, staff performance, and development.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance, including for OSHA, CODA, and public health standards.
- Overseeing the financial performance of the department, tracking expenses, revenue, and productivity goals.
- Managing patient satisfaction and resolving complaints professionally.
- Leading quality assurance and infection control programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Previous experience in dental practice administration and management.
- Strong knowledge of dental operations, including scheduling, billing, and financial management.
- Multilingual skills (Spanish a plus).
- Proficiency in dental management software and EHR systems.
