What You’ll Be Doing:
As our Pediatric Dentist, your role is critical in providing high-quality, compassionate care to children. You’ll help our youngest patients achieve and maintain excellent oral health while creating a fun and comfortable environment for them. Your responsibilities include:
- Examinations & Check-ups: Perform comprehensive dental exams, routine check-ups, and assessments to monitor children's dental health.
- Diagnosis & Treatment: Diagnose and treat a wide variety of pediatric dental conditions, including cavities, gum diseases, and oral infections.
- Patient Care Records: Maintain accurate, detailed records of all patient care and procedures.
- Coordination with Medical Providers: Work alongside pediatricians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for our young patients.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives to maintain the highest standards of care.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
- Certification: Board certification in pediatric dentistry.
- Licensure: Licensed to practice dentistry in New York State.
- Advanced Certifications: ACLS/PALS certification (preferred or to be obtained).
- Experience: A passion for working with children and creating a positive, safe dental experience for them.
