The Role

What You'll Do
Leadership & Team Performance
- Drive Team Performance: Lead daily huddles, motivate techs, provide coaching, and hold the team accountable to our high standards
- Act as Branch Leader: Serve as the go-to leader in KC for both operations and field support
- Demonstrate Knowledge: Understand our systems and processes thoroughly to help both customers and techs
- Onboard New Talent: Help train and integrate new KC team members
- Run an Efficient Operation: Receive incoming parts, organize by tech/job, and ensure everyone has what they need
- Maintain Organization: Set up and maintain tech bins/shelves and keep inventory well-organized
- Coordination and Communication: Communicate with Omaha/Des Moines parts & service teams proactively
- Handle Warranty Returns: Process returns and manage reorder coordination
- Be Trustworthy with Finances: Handle cash, make bank deposits, and maintain accurate financial records
- Maintain the Facility: Keep the KC shop/warehouse clean, organized, and properly stocked
- Coordinate External Relations: Handle vendor or landlord communication as needed
- Prove Reliability: Be the person everyone can count on to keep the branch running smoothly and solve problems quickly
- Administrative Skills: Apply strong typing and computer skills for managing orders, inventory, and communication
