Your Role as Lawn Maintenance Foreman:
As a Lawn Maintenance Foreman, you’ll be the go to leader for our crews, ensuring every property looks its best. You’ll oversee a variety of landscape maintenance tasks and installations, keeping operations efficient and clients satisfied. This isn’t just a job it’s a career opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Lead with Excellence – Train, guide, and inspire your crew to perform at their best.
Perform & Oversee Key Tasks – Ensure top-quality completion of
: * Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
- Sod installations
- Property clean ups
- Pruning of plants, shrubs, and trees
- Bark and gravel installations
- And More
Streamline Operations – Plan daily schedules and routes for maximum efficiency.
Oversee Equipment – Keep tools safe, functional, and ready for action.
Prioritize Safety – Maintain a safety-first approach for your team and clients.
Ensure Quality – Conduct inspections to guarantee our high standards are met.
Build Client Trust – Communicate with clients to deliver exceptional service and results.
Requirements: 2 years of experience as a Lawn Maintenance Foreman or equivalent leadership role in landscaping.
Clean Driving Record – Must be reliable and responsible behind the wheel.
Leadership Skills – Proven ability to train, manage, and motivate a team.
Integrity & Accountability – A trustworthy, dependable team player.
