SALES STAFF

We sell the best New and Pre-used cars. Five day work week.

Must be reliable, dependable, honest, disciplined, a strong communicator, have a positive attitude strong worth ethic, motivated to exceed, and coachable.

100% customer satisfaction is expected.

Experience appreciated but not necessary :

Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Strong understanding of customer behavior and effective sales techniques.

Sales Strategy Development :

Develop and implement effective sales strategies

Analyze market trends and customer data to adjust sales tactics

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) :

Oversee customer interactions to ensure a positive buying experience.

Ensure effectively using CRM software to track leads, sales activities, and follow-ups.

Manage Inventory :

Ensure the dealership has an adequate inventory of vehicles and accessories.

Analyze sales data to manage the flow of inventory and adjust stock levels based on demand.

Achieve Sales Goals :

Set individual sales targets, monitor progress, and take corrective actions when necessary.

Drive promotional campaigns and special offers to increase sales volume.

Individuals who are sales driven and love competition and success send resume or stop in and see us in person.
