We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Practice Manager to oversee daily operations of our expanding primary care practice. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, in-depth primary care management knowledge, and experience in practice startups. This role is essential for ensuring efficient clinic operations, delivering excellent patient care, and maintaining a collaborative work environment. The right candidate will be adept at streamlining workflows and implementing best practices to support both the team and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Direct and streamline the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring seamless and efficient workflow across all departments.
- Leadership & Staff Supervision: Lead, mentor, and support administrative and clinical staff to promote high performance, job satisfaction, and professional growth.
- Compliance & Regulatory Management: Ensure strict adherence to all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA, and CMS standards.
- Patient Experience & Satisfaction: Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance the patient experience, improve satisfaction, and foster long-term patient retention.
- Financial Management: Oversee the budgeting, financial reporting, revenue cycle management, and implement cost control measures to ensure financial success and sustainability.
- Primary Care Program Management: Lead and manage the integration and execution of key programs such as CCM, PCF, PCMH, TCM, and the VFC program, ensuring compliance and maximizing benefits.
- Quality Improvement Initiatives: Proactively identify and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance patient care outcomes and practice operations.
- Marketing & Community Outreach: Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement outreach programs that attract new patients and strengthen community engagement.
Qualifications:
- Required Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a primary care office setting with proven expertise in practice management.
- Proficient in eClinicalWorks (ECW): "Super User" level proficiency with eClinicalWorks practice management software.
- Program Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing and implementing programs such as CCM, PCF, PCMH, TCM, and VFC, with follow-through to ensure program success.
- Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively and solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of healthcare regulations, insurance billing practices, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborative Nature: Proven ability to work seamlessly with senior leadership, advanced practice providers, and various departments to optimize operational efficiency.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
