What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Property Inspector position at Hometown Property Management LLC?
We are in search of someone to add to our team. The position available is that of a property inspector. This is an entry to mid-level position that will include hands-on training. We are looking for someone who can follow detailed instructions and make corrections when asked. The rate of pay will be based on experience with a starting wage of $17-18.
You will be responsible for the following:
Taking photos on an app that is easy to follow and make notes on the homes, then create a computerized report.
Report directly to owners the condition of the homes and any repairs that need to be done.
Scheduling repairs.
Rotating schedule between inspectors to be available 1 weekend a month for On-Call shift. To handle inbound calls and emails regarding maintenance issues.
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. Mileage expense for personal vehicle use is reimbursed monthly.
Other duties include helping around the office with checking mail, scans, updating lockboxes, helping out with tenants, and owners.
Must be able to type 30 word per min.
