Responsibilities:
- Conduct roof inspections and provide accurate assessments to homeowners.
- Close sales on roofing projects (retail and insurance claims).
- Manage and mentor a team of 2-3 appointment setters.
- Ensure accurate documentation and project oversight.
- Build strong relationships with homeowners and provide exceptional customer service.
- Adhere to company policies and industry regulations (Florida Statute 489.147).
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
- Strong closing skills and the ability to overcome objections.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Experience in managing or mentoring a team is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
