Client Relations and Networking Specialist

Hometown Roofing & Restoration is seeking a dynamic Sales and Networking Professional to expand our network throughout Central and South Texas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing our professional network, client relations, securing referral partnerships across various industries related to ours, and training new sales representatives to ensure their success within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a strong network of vendors and referral partners
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Build and nurture relationships with potential partners
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive business growth
• Train and mentor new sales representatives to ensure their success

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales and networking
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in training or mentoring sales teams is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation:

• Project-based pay with a primarily commission structure
• $75,000 to $150,000 per year
