We are seeking a Bilingual Transaction Coordinator Assistant to support Florida Realtors. This role demands a professional who thrives on detail, insists on accuracy, and enjoys the challenge of pushing deals to completion across the state of Florida. This hybrid role begins with intensive on-site training in Central Florida, followed by the flexibility of remote work. Key Responsibilities: - Meticulously manage and review all transaction documents for accuracy and consistency. - Maintain strict adherence to timelines, ensuring no transaction delays. - Display tenacity in managing communications and following up, closing loops with relentless persistence. - Independently handle tasks with minimal supervision and adapt quickly to changing priorities. Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience as a Transaction Coordinator within Florida. - Bilingual in English and Spanish. - Must have a reliable computer with internet connection, dual monitors, and a quiet workspace for remote work post-training. - Exceptional attention to detail with a keen eye for punctuation and formatting errors. - Resilient and tenacious, not deterred by challenges, with the ability to work under pressure and outside traditional office hours. - Local to Central Florida for initial in-person training for two weeks, followed by meet-ups every Tuesday and Friday. Compensation: - Hourly wage of $15-20 based on experience, with a per-file closing bonus. - Total compensation potential ranges between $40,000 to $60,000 annually. - One week paid vacation after 1 year of continuous employment.
