- Utilize your sales experience to acquire real estate opportunities in Corpus Christi and surrounding areas.
- Demonstrate your negotiation skills to successfully close deals building relationships and influencing decisions will be key to your success.
- Manage your sales process from beginning to end, ensuring value and results are delivered at each stage.
Qualifications :
- A proven sales track record is a must, showcasing your excellence in previous sales positions.
- Winning mentality , with a drive to achieve results and thrive in a competitive environment
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities to establish rapport, influence decisions, and close deals effectively.
- Action-oriented approach , creating opportunities rather than waiting for them to arise. Proactive and initiative are a must.
