Homeward Environmental will be a premier company in indiana, unlocking the potential of peoples homes, one by one.
Our company specializes in drainage systems, minor landscaping, insulation services, and radon mitigation.
We will need 2 people who are looking to move up and take their own crews to install projects. We have a specific process to utilize for working with home owners, scheduling, and communications.

We are looking for someone who is not afraid to learn. We do things a specific way in order to achieve the best results possible. We are absolutely happy to offer training on-site, and off-site. All we need is someone who is looking for opportunity, and can bring a healthy level of optimism to the work day. This person needs to be a go getter, with their own drive and ambition.
Pay can be negotiated based on overall attitude and skill level. Starting pay is set as a trial run in order to see what capabilities exist. Our company also offers an earned bonus system.
Experience:
- Experience is not required, but would be beneficial.
- **Radon Mitigators License would be a huge plus, and allow for quick growth.**
- Experience in Landscape, Hardscape, or general labor is preferred.
- Some projects can be difficult, must be able to pull your own weight and work together with the team.
-Lots of digging involved, and some small equipment. Experience running small equipment is a benefit.
- Must be able to effectively perform the workload. This may include lifting a tool or a product, squatting, laying on your back or belly, while keeping in mind the safety of your team.
Responsibilities:
- Help with on-site installation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Be an enjoyable presence to be around.
-Be driven. Training and micromanaging are very different things.
Skills:
- Knowledge of Construction related trades preferred, but not required.
- Ability to use power tools effectively
-Ability to dig trenches, and work in exterior environments. Some may be harsher than others.
- Ability to remain calm, and safe, on a small scale construction site.
- Understanding of how to respect a persons home, property, and ability to show that on-site.
- Communicate with team effectively.
- Be able and willing to achieve a high quality of craftsmanship on all projects.
