The Opportunity
The Administrative Service Line Leader / Manager, Clinical Documentation & Quality will oversee and drive the performance of the Clinical Documentation Specialists team. This central role is critical to ensuring that clinical documentation workflows and pre-visit processes are accurate, efficient, and aligned with Homeward's operational and clinical goals. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in healthcare administration, strong organizational and leadership skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.
What You'll Do
Team Leadership and Performance Management :
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Clinical Documentation Specialists, ensuring consistent performance across all responsibilities.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure individual and team effectiveness, including chart accuracy, timeliness, and completeness.
- Identify and implement training programs to enhance team proficiency in EMR systems, clinical documentation improvement (CDI), and quality measures.

Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, location, competencies and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work at Homeward Health. This role is eligible for an annual bonus, stock options, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
