What are the responsibilities and job description for the Caregiver position at Homewatch Care Givers?
Homewatch Caregivers of Western WA has been a well-established home care provider for over 21 years now. Our "Hands On" approach gives the caregiver confidence in what they do and the support that they need.
This lead caregiver role would be guaranteed 40 hours per week, some office hours and some caregiving hours. This position would need to be willing to be flexible with the times of the shifts and the locations of the clients.
Clear English is required.

Responsibilities
Provide compassionate care to residents, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
Monitor and document patient observations, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Administer first aid and CPR when necessary, while maintaining a clean and organized living environment.
Drive residents to appointments and community activities, fostering social engagement and support.
We Pay for the 75-hour training for the Home Aid certification (HCA) if you don't already have your CNA/HCA/NAR
Experience:
Childcare: 1 year (Preferred)
Caregiving: 1 year (Required)
