- After 1,000 hours worked (approximately 6 months FT), receive a $0.50 raise.
- After 2,000 hours worked (approximately 1 year FT), receive an additional $1.00 raise.

What You’ll Do:
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and promote overall wellness.
- Help with medication reminders and basic health monitoring.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment with light housekeeping.
- Communicate effectively with clients and their families to ensure quality care.
What We’re Looking For:
- Compassionate, empathetic, and caring individuals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience or a CNA/STNA certificate is preferred but not required — training is available.
- Reliability, strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to help clients maintain their independence.
- Ability to pass a background check and have reliable transportation.
