What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN/LPN Field Nurse position at Homewatch CareGivers of League City?

Major Responsibilities
The Field Nurse manages client QA, caregiver QA and reviews, and is responsible for:
1. Inputting QA completion into generations, both client and caregivers
2. Assisting with any Intakes that may come into the office
3. Assisting with answering the phones
4. Maintaining QA visits
5. 90 day evaluations and annual reviews on caregivers
6. Assisting in completion of client evaluations in a timely fashion
8. On call responsibilities
9. Any other duty requested to maintain the operations of the business
Physical Qualifications:
1. Able to work an average of 20-40 hours per week
2. Able to bend, climb, stoop, and stand an average of 5 hours per day
3. Able to lift 20-30 pounds
4. Able to use tools necessary for job
5. Able to communicate effectively
7. Answering any questions related to medical needs in the field that may arise
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
