At Homewatch CareGivers of Malden, we are looking for In-Home Caregivers to join our growing team and help to bring our unique care philosophy to life. Our paid on-line Homewatch CareGivers University helps you make the most of your career by providing a higher level of care and more meaningful connections with your clients. Our courses will provide you with the training and resources needed to meet the unique care needs of our clients and their specific health-related conditions. As an In-Home Caregiver you will not only be providing a full scope of home care services, but you will also be relied upon to make observations and recognize changes in our clients.
Job Description
At Homewatch CareGivers of Malden, we have multiple immediate openings in Malden, Everett and Revere MA and surrounding areas for experienced caregivers to provide quality in-home care
- Available shifts are 4, 6, 8,12 hours a day with both weekday and weekend openings
- This position allows for a full scope of interaction with the client in their home including:
- assistance with their activities of daily living
- meal prep
- transfers
- maintaining their home environment
- engaging with them through meaningful activities
- Our new Care smart phone app helps to keeps track of our client care plans, changes in ADL status and outcomes. You can use our Care App on your smart phone to keep track of your work schedule, shift responsibilities, communicate with the office and family, and much more.
- Must be willing to work at least one Saturday or Sunday shift
- You have the opportunity to grow your skill set by learning new things using our on-line Homewatch CareGivers University.

Requirements
- Must be able to provide verification of any certifications held
- At least 4 years' experience as a caregiver in a home care setting or skilled facility
- Must pass national and multi-jurisdictional background checks, Department of Motor Vehicle checks, as well as TB and drug screening tests
- Must be able to meet quality standards of care during shifts and follow standard procedures for engaging with the rest of the care team
Salary : $17 - $20
