We have an immediate opening for PCAs, HHAs and CNAs in Beverly. If you live in surrounding areas of Saugus, Danvers, Salem, Peabody, Lynnfield, MA this opportunity could be just right for you. This position is for someone with 3 years of experience. Open shifts are 8:30am-12:30pm and 3:30pm-7:30pm. Weekday and weekend shifts are available. There are opportunities to pick up more hours if desired but the ability to work this shift consistently each week is required. This position is perfect for someone who wants to work just a few hours in the day.

- This position allows for a full scope of interaction with the client in their home including:
- assistance with light daily chores & activities
- assistance with ADLs
- maintaining their home environment
- Our new Care smart phone app helps to keeps track of our client care plans, changes in ADL status and outcomes. You can use our Care App on your smart phone to keep track of your work schedule, shift responsibilities, communicate with the office and family, and much more.

Responsibilities
- Provide routine individualized care to the client
- Provide patient personal care, companionship and meaningful engagement
- Monitor and report changes in patient health status
- Perform light housekeeping including laundry and tidy patient's room/ living area
- Document care provided
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to provide verification of any certifications held
- 3 Experience as a caregiver in a home care setting or skilled facility
- Must pass national and multi-jurisdictional background checks, Department of Motor Vehicle checks, as well as TB and drug screening tests
- Must be able to meet quality standards of care during shifts and follow standard procedures for engaging with the rest of the care team
- Must be kind and compassionate with a professional and friendly attitude
- Must possess a valid driver’s license or photo ID
Salary : $19 - $20
