Role:
Homewatch CareGivers of State College is looking for an Office Assistant to help out with our busy State College, Williamsport & Ashley locations from either of our State College or Williamsport branches.
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a criminal history check.
- Must have at least 1 year of office setting experience with Microsoft.
- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
Major Responsibilities:
- Handling Busy Phone Lines
- Screening Applicants
- Contacting Applicants and Scheduling Interviews/Orientations
- Completing Interviews/Orientations
- Filing, Reviewing Files in Preparation for Audits
Job Type: Part-time
- 20-30 hours per week.
Pay rate: To be determined
