Homewatch CareGivers of Beachwood is looking for compassionate and reliable caregivers to provide in-home care to our senior clients in Euclid, Cleveland Heights, Mayfield Heights and surrounding areas. Responsibilities:
- Assist client(s) with transfers using proper lifting techniques
- Prepare daily meals for client(s) and assist with feeding if needed
- Light housekeeping
- Read and follow the client POC
- Assist with personal hygiene tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and supervisor
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Provide assistance with medication reminders
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation to and from scheduled shifts
- Willingness to learn and a desire to help people
- Maintained reliability while employed with the company in adherence to company policy
- Experience is preferred, but not required if you are willing and able to learn
