Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as a Certified Home Health Aide. As a CHHA, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in their homes. Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care services such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Monitor and report changes in the client's health status
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate medical records
- Provide catheter care if required
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality

Requirements:

- Experience in home care or a related field is preferred

- Must be a qualified CHHA in the State of New Jersey
- Ability to lift and transfer clients safely
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic medical procedures
- Familiarity with Homecare procedures and protocols
- Ability to cook nutritious meals for clients
- Strong communication skills and empathy towards clients
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy
- Willingness to undergo background checks and screenings

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
