We are seeking in-home caregivers with passion for delivering high quality caregiver services and improving the quality of life for those in our communities. Caregivers are responsible for providing companionship, personal care and activities of daily living in safe and beneficial manner. This may include transporting clients to their medical appointments, running personal errands, provide assistance with meal preparation and instrumental activity of daily living. A valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance is required. Caregivers must be observant enough to recognize changes in their clients and be capable of alerting the appropriate personnel when necessary.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and match current caregiver schedules to meet client’s needs
- Respond to scheduling conflicts, manage and track client feedback
- Review and manage caregiver’s time and ensure they are accurately recorded
- Deliver exceptional customer service to client and caregivers
- Manage client and caregiver work files ensuring confidentiality
- Assist with caregiver orientation, training, onboarding and satisfaction surveys
- On-call responsibilities
- Any other duty requested to maintain the operation of the business including caregiving duties as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years old
- Ability to pass background check and drug test
- Valid Florida Driver's License
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skill- oral, conversational, telephone and written
- Software experience with Word, Excel and other applications
Physical Requirements:
- Able to bend, climb, stoop, and stand
- Able to lift 20-30 pounds
- Able to use tools necessary for job
- Able to communicate effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Home care experience
- Home Health Prep Class certificate or active Florida CNA license
