Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Operations Management
- Develop and implement operational plans that align with the agency’s mission and growth objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and optimize operational performance.
- Collaborate with the owner and leadership team to drive organizational success and sustainability.

Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure agency compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as accreditation standards.
- Conduct regular audits of care delivery, documentation, and procedures to maintain high-quality standards.
- Oversee risk management and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Staff Leadership & Development
- Lead, train, and mentor caregiver and care manager teams, fostering a culture of professionalism and excellence.
- Supervise and provide guidance to department managers and team leads.
- Support staff recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies in collaboration with HR.

Client Service Excellence
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and families, ensuring their satisfaction with care and services.
- Address escalated client concerns with empathy and effective problem-solving.
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve client outcomes and satisfaction.

Financial Management
- Develop and manage budgets in collaboration with the owner and finance team.
- Monitor expenses and revenue streams, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising care quality.

Business Growth & Innovation
- Identify and implement new service offerings, partnerships, or operational improvements to grow the business.
- Stay informed on industry trends and advancements to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field (required), master’s degree preferred.
- 7 years of experience in operations or leadership roles, with a preference for home healthcare or related industries.
- Comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience managing diverse teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in healthcare software and operational tools.

- Ability to travel between office locations, client homes, and other facilities as needed.
- Comfortable working in both office and field environments.
