Director of Operations – Colorado Springs, CO
Salary: $100k-130k/year Performance Bonuses

Homewell is a fast growing, innovative home care agency. Looking for an RN, servant leader, to grow our class A, Skilled care license,  
 
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Strategic Operations Management
  • Develop and implement operational plans that align with the agency’s mission and growth objectives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and optimize operational performance.
  • Collaborate with the owner and leadership team to drive organizational success and sustainability.
 
Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance
  • Ensure agency compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as accreditation standards.
  • Conduct regular audits of care delivery, documentation, and procedures to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Oversee risk management and implement corrective actions as necessary.
 
Staff Leadership & Development
  • Lead, train, and mentor caregiver and care manager teams, fostering a culture of professionalism and excellence.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to department managers and team leads.
  • Support staff recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies in collaboration with HR.
 
Client Service Excellence
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and families, ensuring their satisfaction with care and services.
  • Address escalated client concerns with empathy and effective problem-solving.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to improve client outcomes and satisfaction.
 
Financial Management
  • Develop and manage budgets in collaboration with the owner and finance team.
  • Monitor expenses and revenue streams, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising care quality.
 
Business Growth & Innovation
  • Identify and implement new service offerings, partnerships, or operational improvements to grow the business.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
 

 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field (required), master’s degree preferred.
  • 7 years of experience in operations or leadership roles, with a preference for home healthcare or related industries.
  • Comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience managing diverse teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in healthcare software and operational tools.

 
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to travel between office locations, client homes, and other facilities as needed.
  • Comfortable working in both office and field environments.

 
Work Environment:
This position requires a mix of strategic planning, office-based tasks, and field engagement with staff and clients. 

Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
