What You’ll Do:
✔️ Coach, train, and mentor caregivers in the field to ensure the highest level of care.
✔️ Coordinate care for clients, ensuring their needs are met with compassion and professionalism.
✔️ Conduct supervisory visits to evaluate caregiver performance and provide guidance.
✔️ Lead care conferences with families and healthcare professionals to discuss client progress.
✔️ Ensure regulatory compliance with all local, state, and federal guidelines.
✔️ Oversee quality assurance by implementing best practices and maintaining high standards of care.
✔️ Build strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to create a culture of trust and respect.

What We’re Looking For:
✅ 5 years of experience in home care or healthcare management.
✅ 2 years of supervisory, leadership, or managerial experience.
✅ A passion for mentoring, training, and supporting caregivers.
✅ Strong organizational and communication skills to bring teams together for a common mission.
✅ Experience in CNA, LPN, MA, or a related healthcare field is a plus!
