Homewell Care Services is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team. This is a commission-based position, offering a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a passion for healthcare services and a drive for success. As a key part of our team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Homewell's wide range of home care services, establishing strong relationships with clients, and helping us expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other marketing tactics.
  • Client Engagement: Meet with potential clients to understand their home care needs and provide tailored service solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Present and promote Homewell’s services to prospective clients and their families, clearly communicating the benefits of our home care services.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, families, and referral sources such as hospitals, doctors, and senior living facilities.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on local market trends, competition, and customer preferences to effectively target and serve potential clients.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and report sales activities and results, meeting or exceeding sales targets set by management.
  • Follow-up and Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services, and addressing any issues or concerns.
Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service and helping others.
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry trends is a plus.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • A positive, results-oriented attitude and a commitment to achieving targets.
Compensation:
This is a commission-based position, with unlimited earning potential based on your sales performance. The more you sell, the more you earn!
