We have an immediate need for experienced Caregivers for multiple new clients in Palm Harbor and surrounding areas.
We are looking for compassionate Caregivers to be a part of our team and join us in our mission of enhancing seniors’ lives, one day at a time. You work individually with clients, one-on-one, providing a variety of non-medical services that allows you to form relationships with seniors who desire to age in place in their own homes.

We are looking for compassionate Caregivers to be a part of our team and join us in our mission of enhancing seniors’ lives, one day at a time. You work individually with clients, one-on-one, providing a variety of non-medical services that allows you to form relationships with seniors who desire to age in place in their own homes.
- Starting at $16.00 per hour based on client care experience and certification
- Higher hourly rate for short shifts
- Signing Bonus - up to $300 after 90 days of employment
With dignity, compassion, and care, your duties include, but not limited to:
- Perform activities of daily living and provide companionship for our clients in their homes
- Personal hygiene including but not limited to bathing, grooming and dressing
- Meal planning and preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Provide ambulation and transferring assistance as needed
- Help with medication as required
- Transportation for appointments and errands
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Preferred CNA or HHA license or 6 months of full-time work or 12 months of part time work caring for geriatric or chronically ill persons.
- Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position, including lifting and transferring up to 50 pounds
- Must have an active CPR Certification or be willing to get certified (training provided)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with valid insurance
- Must possess excellent communication skills
- Are mature, caring, punctual and reliable
- Must have an active State of Florida Level 2 Background Check or pass one
- Signing Bonus - up to $300 after 90 days of employment
- Weekly regular payroll every Friday via Direct Deposit

- Intervisit Mileage: Paid mileage for driving between multiple clients in a single day
