- Scheduling clients and caregivers on an ongoing basis.
- Providing effective customer service and handling incoming calls from clients, caregivers, and referral sources.
- Collaborating with the HR department to recruit, interview, onboard, and orient caregivers.
- Maintaining accurate records using a web-based scheduling application.
