What You’ll Do:
- Perform client assessments (health, cognitive, and functional needs)
- Develop, review, and sign off on Plans of Care
- Maintain client and staff documentation
- Conduct home visits and assess the client's well-being
What We Require:
- Active RN license in Florida
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)
- Experience in home care, hospice, or geriatrics preferred
- Strong communication and assessment skills
- Ability to work as needed in a PRN capacity
- Passion for delivering compassionate care
