Salary and Benefits :
Average first year income range : $50,000 - $55,000
Base Commission
Sign on Bonus $500 (first $250 after first 160 hrs. worked 2nd $250 next 320 hrs. worked)
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Promote HomeWells products and services to prospective clients
Collect high potential data in territory
Participation in ongoing trainings in real time as it happens
Add to a positive, exciting culture of competitive, high achievers
Minimum Qualifications :
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
Must be a good person with integrity
Strong Communication Skills
Self-Motivated attitude
Education Required : High School Diploma
B.S. Preferred but not required
Years of Relevant Work Experience :
Some sales experience required and in homecare field helpful but not mandatory
Advanced Qualifications :
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Articulate and confident in new surroundings
Self-disciplined and competitive while still being a team player
Desire to excel into a mentorship / leadership role once youve proven yourself
Ability to work full-time and possess the whatever it takes attitude to succeed
Experience :
Sales : 1-2 years (Preferred)
Customer Service : 1 year (Preferred)
Outside Sales : 2 years (Preferred)
Business to Business Outside Sales and Marketing : 1-2 years (Preferred)
