What You'll Do :
- Coach, train, and mentor caregivers in the field to ensure the highest level of care.
- Coordinate care for clients, ensuring their needs are met with compassion and professionalism.
- Conduct supervisory visits to evaluate caregiver performance and provide guidance.
- Lead care conferences with families and healthcare professionals to discuss client progress.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with all local, state, and federal guidelines.
- Oversee quality assurance by implementing best practices and maintaining high standards of care.
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to create a culture of trust and respect.
Expected work week : Weekdays, 40-45 hours week. Occasional nights or weekends.
What We're Looking For :
5 years of experience in home care or healthcare management.
2 years of supervisory, leadership, or managerial experience
A passion for mentoring, training, and supporting caregivers
Strong organizational and communication skills to bring teams together for a common mission.
Experience in CNA, LPN, MA, or a related healthcare field is a plus!
