About Our Caregiver Role
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team at HomeWell Care Services. As a caregiver, you will work one-on-one with seniors in their own homes, providing non-medical services that enhance their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Companionship and social interaction
- Light cooking and cleaning assistance
- Bathing, grooming, and toileting support
- Assistance with ambulation and medication reminders
- Transportation for appointments and errands
Requirements:
- CNA or HHA license preferred or relevant experience caring for geriatric or chronically ill individuals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable)
- Proof of current TB testing and physical ability to perform job duties
- Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable demeanor
- National and state-level background check clearance
Compensation and Benefits
We offer competitive compensation rates of $12.00 - $15.00 per hour, depending on location and experience.
