As a caregiver with HomeWell, you’ll have the flexibility to choose shifts that fit your schedule, ranging from 2 to 12 hours throughout the day and night. We’ll work with you to create a work-life balance that meets your needs while offering consistent hours.
What You’ll Do :
Your role as a caregiver will include a variety of essential and engaging tasks, such as :
- Providing personal care like bathing, dressing, grooming, and assistance with mobility.
- Preparing meals, running errands, and performing light housekeeping.
- Offering safe transportation to appointments, social events, or errands.
- Engaging clients in meaningful activities and conversation to keep them connected and active.
- Following personalized care plans, documenting daily tasks, and communicating updates or concerns with Care Managers.
