This opportunity is for a CNA that is available to work weekdays from 3-7pm.
350 Bonus Opportunity : $50 gift card after completion of first shift. $150 bonus after 3 months and another $150 bonus after 6 months from first shift. Must work at least 85% of the shifts over the time periods to be eligible for the bonus.
0.50 / hour rate increase opportunity during 6 month performance review.
RESPONSIBILITIES
With dignity, compassion, and care, your duties include, but not limited to :
- Companionship
- Light cooking and cleaning
- Bathing, grooming and toileting
- Assistance with ambulation and medication reminders
- Transportation for appointments and errands
- CNA or HHA license
- Exceptional communication skills
- Reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must also have proof of a valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Proof of current TB testing
- Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position
- Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable
- Pass a criminal background check (national and required by the state)
