We're looking for caregivers to assist clients with daily activities. Following care plans created by our agency Care Managers, you'll provide support ranging from companionship and meal prep to light housekeeping and errands. Depending on client needs, you might also offer transportation and personal care like bathing and dressing.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Preferably 1,000 hours of experience with elderly or chronically ill individuals (around 6 months full-time or 12 months part-time). Exceptions for newly licensed CNAs or HHAs, or those focusing on companionship and housekeeping.
- CNA or HHA certification is advantageous but not essential.
- Proof of current TB testing required.
- Physically able to perform duties, including safe client transfers.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and insurance if transporting clients.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable attitude.
- Able to pass national and state criminal background checks.
- Provide verifiable references.

Reports to the Care Manager and receives scheduling from the Staffing Coordinator.
Physical and Environmental Demands :
Must safely transfer clients and have reliable transportation to client locations.
