Home Care Sales/ Marketing Great Pay Opportunity for the right person
We are seeking a candidate who has a proven track record of implementing marketing strategies, building relationships, establishing new business, and values a collaborative and fun work environment. The Director of Business Development is responsible for growing agencies census by developing referral business within their territory. The success of this position will require occasional evening and weekend hours and event attendance.
- Established network of contacts and strong relationships within the healthcare industry is preferred.
- Must be customer-focused, persistent, and confident in presenting services to healthcare professionals.
- Existing relations are a plus!
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience.
- Valid state driver’s license and automobile insurance required.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with referral sources.
- Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
- Oversee a sales territory and maintain an organized contact database.(Volusia/Flagler/ St Johns Counties)
- Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing accounts.
- Confidently deliver presentations to physicians and healthcare professionals.
- Provide exceptional and consistent customer service.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Build Referral relationships with Assisted Living Facilities, Skilled Nursing Homes, Hospitals, Physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Utilize innovative strategies to grow and maintain the customer base.
- Engage in community outreach activities, including presentations, exhibits, and one-on-one interactions with community groups, as well as coordinate special events.
- Willing to jump in and do what it takes if needed to cover a caregiver shift. (Cross training is a Must)
