Compensation: $22 per hour base up to $4,500.00 in bonuses in 2025 room to grow with the company.
- Administrative Support: Provide direct support to the Vice President, ensuring all administrative functions are carried out smoothly and efficiently.
- Phone Management: Answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Display excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients, caregivers, and other stakeholders.
- Recruitment & Staffing: Lead the recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training of new caregivers. Handle employee performance, discipline, and termination when necessary.
- Scheduling Support: Assist our Scheduler, ensuring shifts are filled promptly and schedules are accurately maintained.
- Shift Flexibility: Must be available and flexible to fill in shifts as needed and visit clients & caregivers as needed, to ensure that all client care needs are met without disruption.
- Care Plan Updates: Regularly draft, review, and update client care plans to ensure services are provided according to their needs and preferences.
- Review Care Logs: Review care logs and follow up with both clients and caregivers to ensure care is provided as per expectations. Address and resolve any issues that arise.
- Client Documentation: Process all client documentation, including intake forms, care agreements, and other necessary paperwork. Set up new client files and ensure proper record-keeping in accordance with agency guidelines.
- Address Client & Caregiver Concerns: Handle all concerns or issues raised by clients or caregivers, taking appropriate action to resolve them. Report major concerns to the Vice President for further handling.
- Other office support as requested. You will be asked to help file & process paperwork, communicate with insurance companies, provide documentation, and support our team in other areas.
- Previous experience in office management, administrative roles, or a similar position, preferably in a healthcare or home care setting.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent phone etiquette and superior customer service skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and compassion.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to fill in shifts or handle urgent needs when required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to resolve problems quickly and effectively with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with scheduling software or care plan management systems.
- Knowledge of home care industry best practices is a plus.
- Previous Caregiver experience a plus
- High school diploma required; Associate's degree or higher in a related field preferred.
