Description of the role:
As an In-Home Caregiver/PCA at HomeWell, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and services to individuals in their homes. You will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients by assisting with daily activities and tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with meal preparation and medication reminders.
- Help with light housekeeping tasks.
- Record and report any changes in the client's condition.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a caregiver or CNA preferred but required.
- Compassionate and caring demeanor.
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
