Busser (Part-Time)
ABOUT THIS ROLE
Job Title: Busser
Salary: $10–$15/hour – commensurate with experience
Tip Income: Yes
Schedule: Part-time (20 hours per week). Tuesday - Sunday
Role: You will work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment providing support to waitstaff and setting up dining areas to the high standards of quality our restaurant is known for. Attention to detail, a thorough approach to cleaning, and strong organizational skills are essential. You will ensure our daily operations run smoothly and our guests have a pleasant dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare the dining area before guests are seated
- Set tables with all tableware, plates, glassware, linens, and decorations, such as candles or flowers
- Serve water and welcome snacks
- Replenish drinks and respond to requests from customers as needed
- Remove dirty utensils and replenish them as needed throughout the meal
- Clean all table surfaces promptly to ensure a safe and sanitary environment
- Stock serving stations with napkins, utensils, trays, condiments, salt, and pepper containers
- Assist dishwashers with scraping, stacking, or loading dishes into the dishwasher as needed
- Maintain health and safety regulations in the dining room and kitchen
- Perform closing activities such as cleaning chairs and tables, stacking chairs, mopping, and preparing stations for the morning shift
Qualifications
- Must be 18 and be able to work on your feet for an extended period.
- Ability to work well independently and within a team environment.
- Ability to follow all safety and product quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness in the dining areas

Food Runner (Part-Time)
ABOUT THIS ROLE
Job Title: Food Runner

Schedule: Part-time (20 hours per week). Tuesday - Sunday
Role: A Food Runner, or Server Assistant, is responsible for supporting waitstaff in carrying beverages and meal items to designated tables. Their duties include communicating with Servers to determine their needs, carrying food items from the expediting counter to the right table and helping with cleanup duties after the conclusion of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver food orders to customers quickly and accurately
- Uphold sanitation and food safety principles
- Bus tables by removing dirty dishes and trash
- Check in with customers to ensure their experience is satisfactory
- Relay reports of customer satisfaction to the management and relevant parties
- Ensure guests have all the appropriate tableware they need to properly enjoy their food
- Assist in setting up tables before service with appropriate utensils, napkins, and decorations
- Handle various impromptu requests from customers
