JOB SUMMARY: Under the direct supervision of the Food and Beverage Manager, the Beverage Cart Attendant is responsible for the daily transactions, food preparations, sanitation, and other general cleanliness of food service area and beverage cart. Subject to modified and flexible work schedule during high volume work periods. - Provide outstanding customer service to our internal and external guests by providing friendly, responsive, courteous and helpful service.
- Stock and inventory all products on beverage cart.
- Operate the beverage cart in a safe manner and without interruption to the game of golf.
- Present and sell products on the beverage cart.
- Comply with all requirements of the Health Department and Liquor Control Commission.
- Perform all sanitation needs and duties.
- Work special events and tournaments as assigned.
- Demonstrate and support park district customer service standards.
- Follow district and departmental safety, personnel, and administrative policies, procedures and ordinances.
- Performs job responsibilities of food service sales associate including food preparation, sales transactions, presentation of product and sanitation.
- Assist other staff with special duties assigned by Food and Beverage Manager as well as professional staff.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures outlined in the Safety Manual.
- Other related job duties as assigned, such as server or bartender during a shift.

- Ability to display professional manner; ability to address complaints and resolve concerns as needed.

- Basic computer skills in common software programs.
- Excellent cash handling skills.
- Ability to drive beverage cart in safe manner on and off golf course.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING:
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Holds current Beverage Alcohol Sellers and Servers Education and Training (BASSET) course certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid drivers license.
