JOB SUMMARY: Under the general supervision of the RFC Building Custodial Supervisor, the RFC Building Custodian has the primary responsibility for cleaning to promote a healthy and safe environment for both patrons and fellow team members. It is the role of the RFC Building Custodian to follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules at the H-F Racquet and Fitness Club. The custodian may also be responsible for performing additional duties not stipulated above such as maintaining supplies, setting up rooms, and working together with other departments. - Provide outstanding customer service to our internal and external guests by providing friendly, responsive, courteous and helpful service.
- Cleaning locker rooms.
- Cleaning facilities.
- Clean windows and walls.
- Washing towels.
- Clean parking lot and other exterior areas of the facility.
- Stocking supplies and cosmetics for members.
- Set-ups for members, rentals, ball machine, etc.
- Replace light bulbs and handyman tasks.
- Welcome Center tours, assisting with special events.
- Follows all policy and safety rules.
- Adheres to all policies and procedures outlined in the Safety Manual, Policy and Procedures Handbook and Employee Manual.
- Other related job duties as assigned.

- Must be able to work independently, be a self-starter and work as part of the team.

VISION: Be able to read small print
- Janitorial or cleaning background.
- Ability to operate floor scrubbing machine.
- Ability to operate carpet cleaning equipment.
- Ability to work from 20-foot ladders.
- Ability to work from 20-foot man lifts.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING:
- Janitorial or cleaning experience.
- CPR/AED, First Aid Certified or ability to acquire within 90 days of hire.
