Full-time LPNs typically work 8-hour shifts during the following periods: Day shift (6:30 am-2:45 pm), Evening shift (2:30 pm-10:45 pm), Night shift (10:30 pm-6:45 am). Part-time positions are available with 2-4 days per week, consisting of 8-hour shifts. Weekend-only shifts and PRN opportunities are also available.

Daily Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques.
- Provide accurate and descriptive records of medical and nursing care of the residents.
- Assign daily resident care duties to Nursing Assistants and Hospitality Aides, monitor and evaluate the delivery of care.
- Acknowledge and implement all physicians' orders.
- Participate in resident care planning.
- Evaluate and respond to the physical and psychological needs of the residents.

Requirements
- A current and valid LPN license in the state where you will provide care.
- Judgment capabilities, initiative, and dependability.
- The ability to read, write, and understand English fluently.
- The capacity to stand, walk, stoop, twist, and turn frequently throughout an eight-hour shift.
- The ability to lift 30 pounds when assisting colleagues with resident lifts and transfers.
- The capacity to push a med cart while dispensing medications.
- The ability to react quickly and decisively in emergencies and unexpected resident behavior.
- The ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
- The capacity to communicate effectively with residents at their level of understanding.
