YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A LPN
For full-time LPNs, the shifts are typically from 7 am to 3 pm, 3 pm to 11 pm, or 11 pm to 7 am, although some slight variations may occur. For part-time LPNs, we offer flexible 8-hour shifts, allowing you to work 2-3 days per week.
As an LPN at Homewood at Plum Creek, you are responsible for providing comprehensive care and support to our residents, ensuring their well-being, and promoting their quality of life. Your daily tasks include conducting initial assessments, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, assisting with activities of daily living, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans. You also observe and document changes in residents' conditions and communicate any concerns to the appropriate team members. In this nursing role, you collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary team and build strong relationships with residents and their families. Each day, you witness the positive impact of your care and support on the lives of our residents.
