Duties and Responsibilities:
- Medication Administration: Accurately administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with established nursing protocols.
- Care Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents.
- Staff Supervision: Assign daily resident care duties to Nursing Assistants and Hospitality Aides, monitoring and evaluating their performance to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to provide seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
