Job Title: Hotel Food and Beverage Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Hotel Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at the High Note Roof Top Bar Homewood Suites by Hilton Newport.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of restaurants, bars, room service, and banquet facilities to ensure high-quality service and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Recruit, train, and supervise food and beverage staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
• Develop and manage budgets, controlling costs and maximizing revenue through effective pricing and promotional strategies.
• Manage inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies, ensuring timely ordering and minimizing waste.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly, striving to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated experience in guest satisfaction and management.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
