Position: Houseperson
Are you detail-oriented, hardworking, and take pride in creating a clean and welcoming environment? We are looking for dedicated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting and are committed to delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness in all public spaces of the hotel
- Stock housekeeping supplies and linen for daily operations
- Assist with stripping guest rooms and delivering housekeeping-related items as needed
- Respond promptly to guest requests with a friendly, courteous attitude
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all health, safety, and brand standards
- Report any maintenance or service issues promptly
- Use cleaning chemicals safely and efficiently
- Prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of duties
- Adhere to company policies, including attendance, grooming, and professional appearance
- Properly handle and maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies
