Responsibilities:
- Check guests in and out of the property
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the local area
- Assist with resolving guest complaints and issues
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure guest satisfaction
- Performing all front desk related functions during the night shift
- Balancing accounts, processing invoices, and preparing reports
- Checking in late-night arrivals and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Securing the premises and monitoring for any unusual activity
- Handling guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
- Prior experience in hotel front desk operations is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
