Night Auditor (Part Time)

This is a part-time position (16-24 hours/week) and opens the door to discounts at 8,400 Hilton hotels worldwide as well as a variety of hotels in the Highgate portfolio. Shifts run overnight from 11pm - 7am and are generally fixed to the same days every week to ensure minimal disruption to daily life. Flexibility to cover additional shifts, timeliness and reliability are crucial for this role. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Processing of the Night Accounting and general hotel operations
• Handle duties according to hotel policies, procedures, rules and standards
• Be knowledgeable about daily hotel operations and procedures
• Have knowledge about room rates, packages, discounts and promotions
• Have knowledge about guest rooms, locations, amenities and services
• Follow all cash handling and banking procedures
• Ensure the cleanliness of the front desk and back-office area at all times
• Assist all guests in problems and questions as required
• Have knowledge about all emergency procedures
• Stand and walk for extended periods of time or for an entire work shift
• Reach overhead, grasp, push, pull, move or lift up to 50 lbs. on an occasional basis

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.50 per hour
